I would like to dedicate this 60 min. of practice to a purpose of fundraising supporting humanity to the people of Ukraine for their emergency medical supply and medic support through Doctors without borders.
100% of donation raised in this class will be send to Doctors without borders (https://www.doctorswithoutborders.ca/). They are responding to the escalating crisis in Ukraine, providing families with urgent humanitarian assistance. I will report the details of fund raised and the process of donating to Doctors without borders.
I can’t make much difference by myself but we can become a bigger force if we do this together. Let’s start ripple effects of peace.
What I would like to offer you in exchange to the donation is a special combination class of Face Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
In this class, you will be able to achieve the complete relaxation from top of your head to toes by combining Face Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
Class will start with Face Yoga and relaxing facial muscle. Then, practicing Yoga Nidra (also called yogic sleep).
For Yoga Nidra, all you need to do is lie down on your back or enjoy sitting. And simply follow the voice that guides you. This is a meditation practice to relax your body completely.
Both Face Yoga and Yoga Nidra give the body time to rest, recover and restore, which means calming the nerve system, reducing inflammation and improves the function of the immune system.
They are good for fatigue, insomnia, reducing stress and anxiety, healing trauma, reducing chronic pain, changes in one’s thought patterns, relationships and achievements.
You can try both Face Yoga and Yoga Nidra at any age.
Preparation:
Comfortable clothing and clean hands
Apply any oil or cream for your hand, face and neck
Yoga mat or soft surface to lie down
A mirror if you have (optional)
A pillow and blanket (optional)
A candle (optional)
