Canada (where aiko.yoga is based) has a rich history of LGBTQ2S+, black, Ingenious and people of colours. With the hope of acknowledging and improving all aspects of people’s lives not only in Canada but also in the whole world, we have to start loving ourselves.
When you fully love and accept yourselves, you grow self-confidence and self-esteem. And it does not stop there!! If you love yourself, the love over floats you, surrounds you, and you become so attractive. Love is a must ingredient to your beauty.
For this 60 minutes virtual Face Yoga class, we will reflect love towards ourselves and reassure the spirit of “Love who you are”. This class consists of Face Yoga, self-facial massages and loving affirmations.

In this 60 minutes virtual class, you will experience stress relief and unwinding from head to toe.
This class consists of slow and relaxing bedtime Yoga with a breathing practice and Face Yoga to invite you to the wonder of quality sleep. Yoga is a perfect way to wind down your day!
The unique combination of these Yoga practices is designed to improve blood circulation in your body, lower your blood pressure and balance out your energy levels. Good blood circulation can detox your body, strengthen the immune system and encourages cell regeneration. There are many positive impacts on your overall health and sleep.

Welcome to Mother’s Day Face Yoga! It will be a unique opportunity to relax and rejuvenate your face and mind.
In this 60 minutes virtual class, you will learn techniques you can use forever!!
Techniques you are learning include exercising facial muscles, massaging, using Marma points (the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda) to stimulate specific points on the face to enhance your health and beauty.
Just like regular Yoga practice helps you stay fit, sculpted, and relaxed, Face Yoga can help tighten facial muscles, and your skin feels lifted and rejuvenated.

You can try this at any age. All you need to do is lie down on your back or enjoy sitting. And simply follow the voice that guides you.
This practice gives the body time to rest, recover and restore, which means calming the nerve system, reducing inflammation and improves the function of the immune system.

When you move facial muscles, your body produces chemicals to decrease inflammation inviting even skin tone, increasing metabolism and observing more nutrients your skin needs.

Fundraising Face Yoga & Yoga Nidra with love "For the people of Ukraine"
Sliding scale donation (minimum $5)- virtual class on Zoom
I would like to dedicate this 60 min. of practice to a purpose of fundraising supporting humanity to the people of Ukraine for their emergency medical supply and medic support through Doctors without borders.
100% of donation raised in this class will be send to Doctors without borders (https://www.doctorswithoutborders.ca/). They are responding to the escalating crisis in Ukraine, providing families with urgent humanitarian assistance. I will report the details of fund raised and the process of donating to Doctors without borders.
I can’t make much difference by myself but we can become a bigger force if we do this together. Let’s start ripple effects of peace.
What I would like to offer you in exchange to the donation is a special combination class of Face Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
In this class, you will be able to achieve the complete relaxation from top of your head to toes by combining Face Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
Class will start with Face Yoga and relaxing facial muscle. Then, practicing Yoga Nidra (also called yogic sleep).
For Yoga Nidra, all you need to do is lie down on your back or enjoy sitting. And simply follow the voice that guides you. This is a meditation practice to relax your body completely.
Both Face Yoga and Yoga Nidra give the body time to rest, recover and restore, which means calming the nerve system, reducing inflammation and improves the function of the immune system.

Pop-Up Face Yoga "Favourite Green☘️"

This is a 60 minutes virtual Face Yoga class. We are going to enjoy unwinding, relaxing and recovering our facial skin condition. Our skin is often affected by everyday stress, such as fatigue, feeling of stress, sleeplessness, dry weather, too much sugar consumption, alcohol consumption, and so on.
We will exercise facial muscles to gain back healthy complexion, and drain waste with facial massage. Then, we will make our own natural green facial mask (we like green this month because of the St. Patrick Day☘️) during this class and apply it to our faces towards the end of class.
You will feel refreshed and renewed after this uniquely programmed class combined with Face Yoga and skin care using facial masks.

At the end of this class, you will feel relaxed and feel good in your heart. And when you feel good, you can hold the space for more love. So you can go out there to spread your love!!

Face Yoga Workshop “New Year’s Resolution”
$160 plus tax
This 3 weeks 30 min. virtual workshop aim to sculpt facial muscles naturally with exercises. Exercising everyday brings the best result to your body and so does your face.
This workshop will be live on Zoom Monday to Friday at 12:30pm (daily), and homework exercises will be given for the weekend.
This workshop helps you establish better skin conditions and build muscles under your skin to bring back your healthy and vital look. And, physical result can bring you the glow to your beautiful smile with confidence.
