In this 60 minutes virtual class, you will experience stress relief and unwinding from head to toe.
This class consists of slow and relaxing bedtime Yoga with a breathing practice and Face Yoga to invite you to the wonder of quality sleep. Yoga is a perfect way to wind down your day!
The unique combination of these Yoga practices is designed to improve blood circulation in your body, lower your blood pressure and balance out your energy levels. Good blood circulation can detox your body, strengthen the immune system and encourages cell regeneration. There are many positive impacts on your overall health and sleep.

Preparation:
Yoga mat or carpet (for Yoga)
Pillows for comfortable Yoga poses (optional)
